Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the Sudar Ayush mobile platform, B2B wholesale ordering services, and credit terms.

1. Eligibility & Practitioner Account

Access to B2B pharmaceutical wholesale prices and prescription product lines requires a verified practitioner or licensed pharmacy account. You represent and warrant that all registration details and medical licenses provided during KYC submission are valid and authentic.

2. B2B Credit Terms & Payments

Credit limits granted to verified clinics and chemists are subject to periodic review. Users agree to settle credit balances within the agreed credit window (e.g. 15, 30, or 45 days). Failure to settle overdue balances may result in temporary ordering blocks until payment is completed.

3. Orders, Delivery & Returns

All pharmaceutical orders are subject to stock availability and batch verification. We endeavor to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or credit adjustment.

4. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, app interfaces, logos, and medical content displayed on Sudar Ayush are the exclusive property of Sudar Ayush Healthcare Solutions.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
