Sudar Ayush ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of healthcare practitioners, clinics, retail pharmacies, and consumers using the Sudar Ayush mobile application and services.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Sudar Ayush, we collect the following types of information to fulfill orders, facilitate B2B credit lines, and verify clinical licensing:

Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, business/clinic name, and delivery address.
KYC Documents: Medical registration certificates, Pharmacy Drug Licenses, and GST certificates for verification of healthcare practitioner credentials.
Order & Transaction Records: Order items, batch information, invoices, credit limits, and payment receipts.
Device Identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token to deliver shipment, credit, and order alerts.

2. Google Play Data Safety Compliance

In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy:

Data Encryption: All data transmitted between the Sudar Ayush app and our servers is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption.
Payment Processing: Online transactions are handled through Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure payment gateway. We never store or log credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
No Third-Party Advertising: Sudar Ayush does not display third-party advertisements or sell user data to advertising brokers.

3. Practitioner KYC & Verification Policy

In compliance with pharmaceutical regulations in India, prescription formulations and wholesale bulk medicine access are restricted to licensed doctors and registered pharmacies. Uploaded verification documents are stored in an encrypted vault and reviewed strictly by our authorized medical compliance team.

4. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You have the right to review, update, or request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
